Samantha was very professional. She spoke with me first about my health and asked if I had any questions and made recommendations. During the exam she narrated every step of the way so there were no surprises and she was very gentle. I really didn’t feel much of anything. I was pleasantly surprised. She was great!

I was assigned Ms. Wilson after my previous doctor left the practice. She proved to be very personable and easy to talk to. She’s smart and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely ask for her again when it’s time for my next yearly visit!

All the staff I interacted with from calling to make the appointment to the actual appointment itself (office assistants, nurse, and Dr. Jefferies) were very welcoming, personable, and tried their best to make me comfortable at my annual women’s exam, which I absolutely dread going to and build up a lot of anxiety in anticipation. Despite the discomfort of these exams, the staff and Dr. Jefferies are great at making an uncomfortable situation more bearable and as quick and painless as possible. I especially appreciated that the office staff and Dr. Jefferies never make me feel guilty about waiting longer in between visits or imply that I should have returned sooner. I also love that Dr. Jefferies makes it easy to discuss uncomfortable/personal topics. I am a very private person and get easily embarrassed about sharing personal information about my body. She is very knowledgeable on the human body as a whole and has also been able to answer other basic health questions related to other body systems. Dr. Jefferies is great at connecting to patients and maintaining conversation. I’m grateful that Dr. Jefferies has been with the practice for so long. She has been my OBGYN for 13 years since my first pregnancy, was my labor doctor for my first daughter, and performed my 2nd c-section. So I’m happy that I can still return to her for my wellness exam and contraceptive needs.

Dr. Jefferies was extremely professional, easy to talk to and understand. What I truly loved was she definitely made me feel like she knew I was going through a difficult situation as a miscarriage for a first time pregnancy was tough and that she would be there for me. She didn’t make me feel like I was just another patient, she didn’t rush the appointment, and was overall very nice and empathetic. 100% recommend and will continue to have her as my OB.

She helps you feel at-ease and open to discussing intimate topics and is always professional, knowledgeable, calm and skilled. I feel so fortunate to have been recommended to her and your practice.

Appointment was on time. Office staff was very supportive and friendly. Dr. Heiden was thorough, gentle, and very informative.
