Current patient since 2000. Office personnel always pleasant and helpful! Dr Kara Jefferies is one-of-a-kind: she’s compassionate, highly skilled, patient and explicit when conveying the reason(s) for necessary procedures. 10 years ago I moved from Fairfax VA to Martinsburg WV, yet, annually I travel to Chantilly for exams. Although 20 years older now than from my very first appointment, her care is worth my effort to continue under her care.

The front desk team and medical assistant was welcoming and polite. Provider Samantha Wilson had a wonderful bedside manner and was very informative about menopause, HRTs and preventative care.

I have been going to this practice for 45 years, always nice staff and doctors.

Appointment was on time! This is a big one for me as I make sure I am there 15 min beforehand as well. Staff was friendly and welcoming I was offered a flu shot since they just received it into the office. Dr. Arreaza was informative. Good experience all around!

Dr. Foster is a wonderful doctor. She is so dedicated to her patients. Dr. Foster listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. She really knows my cancer history, and makes sure I’m getting all tests done on time.

Somehow, the staff seem to create a very positive vibe – they all seem friendly and to seem get along very well with other team members. Seems like they enjoy their jobs and their relationships with their co-workers. Dr. Jeffries was a perfect combination of professional and friendly – I instantly felt comfortable with her.

Dr. St Thomas asked questions that I didn’t think about before like bone density from a fractured hip being so young. Helped me with options for pre menopause symptoms, letting me know there are treatments beyond what I currently do for hormones.

Dr. St. Thomas took time to read my chart and came prepared with specific questions related to my OB care. She then asked and helped develop a plan on getting a pap now versus waiting until I deliver. She was very thorough.

Dr. Jefferies was great as usual and answered my questions and put me at ease. The office staff are great too and everyone is so friendly. Check-in was very easy. I heard back right away about my test results. Extremely happy with the practice!

Dr. Foster was thorough in my exam, completely professional, reviewed my last visit. She was highly recommended by my previous doctor, Dr. Cothran., and I was not disappointed. Easy to talk to & answered my questions.

This was my first time with Dr. Heiden. She was very easy to talk with, and had a wonderful bedside manner. She me feel very comfortable as she guided me through the exam. She listened attentively and asked thoughtful questions.

I was impressed by the staff and check in process. Also impressed with the amount of time Samantha spent with me and answered a lot of questions I had. I also felt very comfortable talking to her.
